REFRESHING SMOOTHIES

Ingredients 

  • 150 g Dairy-free Coconut Yoghurt 
  • 220 ml Coconut Milk
  • 100 g Frozen Mixed Berries 
  • 2 Scoops of PureNourish™ 
  • 1 Scoop of Power Boost™ 
  • 1 Tahitian Noni Pouch (60 ml) 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour and serve! 

ANTIOXIDANT RICH SMOOTHIE RECIPE


Ingredients

  

· 2 scoops Slenderiiz PureNourish

· Handful of blueberries

· Handful of spinach

· Handful of macadamia nuts

· 1/4 of an avocado

· I small cup of coconut or almond

· 1 tsp of turmeric

· 1 tsp of cinnamon 

· 4-5 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour and serve!

Pineapple Kale Green Smoothie

 

Ingredients

 

  

 2 scoops Slenderiiz PureNourish

· 2 cups filtered water

· 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

· 1 cup ice cubes

· 1 handful kale

· 1 tablespoon coconut nectar (optional)

· 1/2 teaspoon ground vanilla bean

· Pinch ground cardamom

· Pinch sea salt

· 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds


Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour and serve!

Green Leaf Smoothie

  • 2 scoops Giving Greens
  • 2 cups cashew almond milk
  • 2 cups packed kale leaves
  • 1 cup frozen pear chunks
  • 1 cup frozen table grapes
  • 1 small banana

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until very smooth, around three minutes, beginning on low and slowly increasing the speed to high.
  3. Pour and serve!
